RALEIGH - On July 23, 2022 the NCTARS State Convention met and elected the officers for the 2022 - 2023 year. From left to right, Second Vice Chairman Mo Snipes, Secretary Luke Highfil, Chairman Hunter Thompson, First Vice Chairman David Godin, and Treasurer Elise Gates.
